1. Non-refundable Course Fee: The course fee, as indicated in the fee structure for the respective course is refundable within 7 days from the date of admission later the fee will be non- refundable in any circumstance.
2. Refundable Course Fee Conditions: The course fee will be eligible for a refund only if the institute cancels or is unable to organize the course for which the candidate has enrolled and paid the deposit.
3. Cancellation of Admission: AGEIS Technova reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student who fails to comply with the formalities within the stipulated time. In such cases, no refund of fees will be permissible.
4. Communication Delays: AGEIS Technova is not responsible for any delays in transit associated with the receipt and delivery of communication between the institute and the applicant.
5. No Interest on Refunds: No interest is paid on the refund of any fees or deposits.
6. Policy Modification: AGEIS Technova reserves the right to modify and amend the refund policies as needed.
7. Dispute Resolution: All disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Gautam Buddha Nagar Courts only.
8. No Fee Refund after Remittance: Once the fee is remitted, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
