Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential students and working professionals, explain our SAP training programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Your primary responsibility will be lead conversion, follow-up, and assisting with student queries over phone calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.

Explain SAP course details, fees, schedules, and career benefits.

Follow up with interested candidates to ensure successful conversion.

Maintain a daily call report and update CRM with accurate information.

Address inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email in a professional manner.

Achieve weekly/monthly targets for enrollments and conversions.
Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (education or edtech preferred).

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).

Confident, persuasive, and patient on calls.
